Q. What do I need to do first to join Patriot Football? 

A. Go to our website, www.centennialfootball.com to enroll your player. Then register as a parent/guardian using this QR Code: 


Q. Can I register first & pay later? 

A. Absolutely! We need to have players registered ASAP so they can receive their summer jerseys to participate in 7v7 games that start on June 4th. Select "Pay by check" when registering & then proceed to check out with your registration. They will also wear these compression tops on game days during warmups. 


Q. How much does it cost to play Patriot Football and what do the fees cover? 

A. District Pay to Play fee = $110 + $44.50 Activity Card Patriot Football fee = $250 *Covers: Game Day Polo, Spirit Pack Gear, Football Training Equipment, Helmets & reconditioning, Shoulder pads & reconditioning, Uniforms, team bonding activities, travel Encouraged CHS Patriot Football Club fee = $125 *Covers: 2 Home Game Tickets, Pre-game meals for all players, Travel costs, Banquets, Multiple cultural building events throughout the summer & season, BBQs, Senior & Coaches end of season gifts, player awards & more. 


Q. Where do I go to pay? 

A. District Fees need to be paid directly to the school bookkeeper by 8/28. Football Fee needs to be paid directly through our website via card (fee attached) OR via check made out to CHS Patriot Football Club (if you choose NOT participating in the West Ada Raffle) & mailed to Jackie Sorensen @ 11953 W Lewisburg Ct, Boise, ID 83709 OR handed directly to Coach Sosnowski by 8/28. Encouraged Club Fee Same as Football Fee. 


Q. What if my family needs financial assistance after participating in the West Ada Raffle? 

A. Please reach out directly to Coach Sosnowski & we can start the process on your behalf. 


Q. Where can I find up to date information & the football schedule? 

A. Join, Download & turn notifications on for the following 2 Band groups, Instagram, & calendar our website:

Q. Are there any other ways to cover the Football Fee? 

A. Yes, as the District Fees must come out of pocket, the Football Fee is covered if the player can sell 5 West Ada Raffle Tickets (dates when this starts has not been released to us yet). Remember, this Football Fee is due by 8/28 as well. As registration needs to be completed ASAP. Select “Pay by Check” & continue to check out. This will allow you to pay at a later date. You will receive a confirmation email that your registration is complete. We will work with the coaches once the District Raffle has begun to keep record of the boys who successfully sell 5 raffle tickets.


Q. How do I sign up to volunteer? 

A. Make sure you complete the parent registration (above) & follow the Patriot Club Band group! 


Q. How do I sign up to volunteer for the Boise Open? 

A. Make sure you complete the parent registration (above) & follow the Patriot Club Band group and as soon as we receive the official signup, we will post it & send it out via email.
